A Sliver of Light

You wish you knew what I was writing, contemplating; What I was wishing and thinking;

All you get though is a fraction of words I may or may not be meaning.

Soon enough I’ll be done; No doubt you’ll to interpret and such;

Trying to figure me out; Why such a rush?

I continue to write as the light fades away, still with one more ray it lends;

It could leave till the morn, but procrastination’s never been a friend.

It’s never too late, never to dark, to express what it is I feel.

I think in the light, and in the dark, but to write…

All I need is a Sliver of Light

There comes a time in our lives that we must make a stand. We must decide what works for us and what does not. What works for me is Photography. The camera has been with me since I was 17 years old and our "More-off-than-on" relationship is a Blog onto itself. Photography is my is my Soul's megaphone. It grants me the power to do something that I could never do on my own. It gives me ability to stop time forever in a fractions of a second. And when I look back at that image I see myself, even though I am not the subject. Enjoy.
